We manage our client's assets as if they were our own, and treat our people as our greatest property assets. We are full in support of the Presidential Initiative the Urban Renewal Programme which has so far shown some great success within the Johannesburg CBD and the surrounding townships.

We advise body corporate on sourcing services such as meter readers, electrical and plumbing services, security and general maintenance and refurbishments etc. Sectional Title / Full Title management is becoming increasingly specialised and far removed from the common misconception of providing an administrative facility for body corporate, property owners and home owner associations. We use the latest technological software’s like Grofo Connect which helps us automate and manage the entire process of revenue collection, debit order/ EFT management and the pre and post-legal arrear collections process. Our Approach

The focus of our work is to find practical means of Property Management and to provide practical means in our conduct that will lead our client towards implementation. Sectional Title Schemes and Community Estates are assigned to the portfolio of a manager and clients are able to communicate directly with members of the team including administrative, debt collectors and accounting staff. This team's hidden strength is shared knowledge and experience. This is supported by our commitment to ongoing staff development by means of regular in-house training.

Information

At Grofo Properties, we believe in providing our clients with the best of breed of information available. We are proud of our strong relationship building with all
our valued clients. With this in mind, we send out regular monthly Sectional Title updates. We have implemented a series of monthly "Trustee Update Evenings" at which various aspects of sectional ownership are discussed by acknowledged specialists. In addition, we present half-day seminars for trustees and owners who want to become trustees. We support by supplying newly elected trustees /
Directors with all the information they may need in a comprehensive package.
